Contract Services Renewal Agent with French

Požadujeme/Overall description:

• We are looking for acolleague to join a brand new Contracts Renewal team
• The scope of CS Renewal Agent includes responsibilities related to daily interaction with external/internal customers via phone/email, with main focus on renewal selling and administration, data entry while following internal processes.

Working hours:

• 20 hours per week within 9:00/10:00am until 5:30/6:30pm and based on agreement with team leader

Challenges and opportunities:

• Service contract renewals
• Preparing Renewal reports with Renewal letters 90 days prior the contract expiration date
• Advising customers about Renewal offer and consequences if the contract get not renewed
• Doing the utmost to renew service contracts and obtain a PO for renewals before expiry. Contacting the customer in order to obtain a renewal.
• Close cooperation with Sales team in the EMEA field

Qualification, experience and expertise:

• Excellent level of French (native is advantage)
• Communicative level of English
• Sales or related type of experience desirable
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with systems and data entry skills
• Knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Word.
• High Level of Organization skills
• Target oriented personality
• Ability to speak with variety of customers/ability to develop strong partner relationship
• Good attitude, team player, and flexible when it comes to change
