Expense Handling Associate, French Speaker - Brno

Požadujeme/Principal responsibilities:

• Reconcile supplier statements to the AP system and Purchase ledger
• Resolve queries arising from errors in all processes
• Deal with all telephone and email queries
• Identify and collect duplicate payments
• Identify and correct erroneous VAT input including forex invoices
• Monitor and clean up master file data

The successful candidate should have:

• Advanced French, communicative English
• accounting experience or relevant field of study is a plus
• MS Office knowledge
• High degree of integrity, team player
• Able to deliver to deadlines
• Ability to organize priorities
• Excellent communication skills
