International Student Week in Ilmenau 2013

From May 31st until June 9th 2013 the "International Student Week in Ilmenau 2013" (ISWI 2013) will be held here in Ilmenau, Germany. It is a conference for students from all over the world and has been held every two years since 1993. ISWI 2013 focuses on the topic "youth" following the motto "moving YOUth".

The Application for participation via our website www.iswi2013.org starts now and is open until January 15th 2013.

After voting the applications on the basis of the written essays, we invite about 400 young people from all over the world. In lectures, discussions, group work, debates and workshops we will discuss together different aspects of youth and try to find solutions to change things for the better. The participants chosen only have to pay travel and visa costs. Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and accomodation is supplied by us.
