Learning Services Representative with English and German - Brno

Požadujeme/Overall purpose of position:
- General responsibilities are to provide level 1 support to internal and external customers (via email and telephone), manage cases from beginning to end and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Escalate cases and confer with other specialists, departments or management as necessary.
Main responsibilities:
- Level 1 support for external and internal customer enquiries related to Learning Services (initial point of contact for all questions and enquiries, support for access issues, enrollment and domain assignment)
- Record all communications (i.e. e-mail and voice messages) into call management system.
- Evaluate received calls, determine customer needs and handle or escalate accordingly.
- Follow up on all outstanding cases within appropriate timeframe.
We require:
- Excellent German and English, another language (FR, SP, IT, PL or RU) is a big advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills and team spirit
- Aptitude for IT and computer systems (MS office in particular)
- High level of organizational skills, multitasking and stress resistance
- Attention to detail
