Renewal Agents with ENG, IT, RU, PL - Brno

Kdo nabízí pracovní pozici:  

• Motorola Solutions CZ, Brno

Požadujeme/Challenges and opportunities:

• Service contract renewals
• Contacting current Motorola customers and resellers (mainly via phone/email) in order to obtain a contract renewal
• Doing the utmost to renew service contracts and obtain a PO for renewals before expiry
• Advising customers about Renewal offer and consequences if the contract get not renewed
• Preparing Renewal reports with Renewal letters 90 days prior the contract expiration date
• Close cooperation with Sales team

Qualification, experience and expertise:

• Excellent level of required languages (see Overall Description)
• Tele-Sales, Tele-Marketing or related type of experience is desirable
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Target oriented personality
• Ability to speak with variety of customers/ability to develop strong partner relationship
• Knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work with systems and data entry skills
• High Level of Organizational skills
• Good attitude, team player, and flexible when it comes to change
