Palacký University, Olomouc scholarships for Ph.D. students from Ukraine

Target group:

These scholarships will be awarded to Ph.D. students from the universities of Ukraine for the academic year 2014/2015 (September 2014 – August 2015).

Scholarship value/inclusions:

The monthly scholarship of 13 000 CZK for each student will cover all living expenses in the Czech Republic. Students will be provided with accommodation in our halls of residence (single-bed room) and will be able to use the student´s cafeteria.

Eligibility/conditions:

• The student must be in the second or third year of his /her Ph.D. studies
• Application must include: proposed topic of study; letter setting out the reasons for application; CV including details of his/her current studies, results achieved and goals for the stay at UP; study confirmation from his/her school
• The student may apply just for one of the proposed topics (see below)
• The student must have the English or Czech language at an advanced level
• The deadline for submitting an application is fixed for 6^th May, 2014 (all materials need to be sent electronically - scanned copies)
